Not so good for the diet
I have been doing pretty good at sticking to my resolutions of eating better and working out. I only cheat a little here and there. All the cooking I did yesterday has done nothing to help me with my goals though...

They turned out really good. The hardest part was rolling out the dough, I think I will get a pasta machine do the work for me next time.
I saw a quick tut on Skip to My Lou (http://www.skiptomylou.org/) another blog I read religiously for ideas for fried ravioli made with store bought frozen ravioli. Well I do not like ricotta cheese and that is a main ingredient in all ravioli. So the solution I came up with was to make my own. I ordered a ravioli maker/tray and got a dough recipe from Food Network. These are my results..
