Foodie Friday-Quick Baked Potatos

I like to eat baked potatoes but I don't like how long they take to cook.  I found this recipe from She Wears Many Hats on Pinterest (of course) and had to try it! 

Cut your potatoes in half and rub them down with Olive Oil then sprinkle them with some Kosher Salt or what ever seasonings you choose.


Pop em in the oven at 400 and bake for 30-40 minutes.
I wish I had taken a picture of the cut sides cause they turned out so yummy and crispy like a fried potato.  


Other than the bit of crispness they are just as fluffy and yummy as a regular baked potato and in half the time!
