Foodie Friday-Garlic Roasted Potoatoes

I love potatoes.  I could eat them with every single meal.  They are so versatile and can be prepared in so many different ways.  In fact for the next four weeks I am going to show you at least four different ways to make potoatoes.

You will need:
Potatoes (I used red)
Minced Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
You can also add pretty much anything else you deem worthy

Preheat your oven to 450
Cube your potatoes

Then place the cut potoatoes in a bowl
Toss with olive oil and garlic
Spred over a foil lined sheet
Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Pop em in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden stirring halfway through.  I like mine a bit crispy so I keep them in the whole 40 minutes.
Enjoy!

I love this recipe. My family loves thes pototoes with a baked ham for dinner. I use red potatoes and never peel them.

I always have plenty for a breakfast with eggs.
