My partner in the Magic Yarn Ball Swap had wished for a prayer flag. She wanted one that would be able to be hung outside and not be damaged. One of the things she likes is Yoga so I chose to make that my theme. I chose to embroider a lotus bloom on the white fabric then whip stitch it to some matching pink and yellow stuff I had in my stash. Since she wanted to hang it outside I bought some plastic beads to sew on for the word Namaste.
I had never made a prayer flag before and I hope it was liked. Looking at it now I wish I had used different colors but too late for that!
